Billing & Refund Policy — AI Detector

The Agreement is a legally binding contract between Laraun Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Cyprus with registered office at Evropis, 4, Flat/Office 3 Strovolos 2064, Nikosia, Cyprus. (“Laraun”, "Detector", “we”, “our”, or “us”), and you, the user of the Service (“you” or the “User”).

This Refund Policy applies to your access to and use of the website available at https://aichat-app.com/ (the “Website”) and the related mobile application distributed via application stores (the “App”), collectively referred to as the “Service”.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy, as well as the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with this Refund Policy or any part of the Agreement, you must not use or access the Service.

2. Subscription Model

Our platform operates on a subscription-based model, allowing users to access premium AI-driven learning tools.

One-time purchases or internal credit systems are not provided.

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Prices and available options may vary based on region, promotional campaigns, or platform policies.

3. Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

Users can cancel their active subscriptions at any time through:

  • The subscription settings in the relevant app store (App Store / Google Play).
To verify and process your cancellation, we may request:
  • The email address linked to your account;
  • The last four digits of the payment card used.

Once verified, the subscription will be terminated, and future charges will stop.

Please note that cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund previous payments.

4. Payment Processing
